Item 7.01 - Regulation FD Disclosure On October 14, 2025, The Procter & Gamble Company (the "Company") issued a news release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $1.0568 per share on the Common Stock and on the Series A and Series B ESOP Convertible Class A Preferred Stock of the Company, payable on or after November 17, 2025, to Common Stock shareholders of record at the close of business on October 24, 2025, and to Series A and Series B ESOP Convertible Class A Preferred Stock shareholders of record at the start of business on October 24, 2025. In addition, the Company announced that, according to preliminary voting results, the Company's fourteen Director nominees were elected to the Company's Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
