On April 9, 2024, Angela F. Braly notified The Procter & Gamble Company (the “Company”) of her decision to retire from the Company’s Board of Directors effective June 11, 2024. Ms. Braly made the decision in order to provide more time for her to focus on a range of activities and personal pursuits.
