On December 13, 2023, PVH Corp. (the “Company”) announced that Julie Fuller, Chief People Officer, will be leaving the Company on February 4, 2024 to pursue other opportunities. Ms. Fuller will be succeeded by Amba Subrahmanyam, Executive Vice President, PVH Americas and Calvin Klein Global, effective February 5, 2024.
