Other Events. As a result of the war in Ukraine, PVH Corp. (the “Company”) made the decision to temporarily close its stores and pause all commercial activities in Russia and Belarus as of March 7, 2022. Additionally, virtually all of the Company’s business partners in Ukraine have closed their stores. (The Company has no direct operations in Ukraine.) Approximately 2% of the Company’s total net revenue in 2021 was generated in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.
