Dawson, Executive Vice President and President, Epoxy and International, a named executive officer, announced his intention to retire from Olin Corporation (“Olin”) effective April 30, 2022, or an earlier mutually agreeable date. He will be leaving his current position of Executive Vice President and President, Epoxy and International effective November 29, 2021, and continuing as an Executive Vice President until his retirement date.
