On October 17, 2024, Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. issued a press release reporting financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2024, and announcing that a conference call to discuss such results will be held at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time on October 17, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
