(the “Company”) of her intention to retire as Mercer’s President and Chief Executive Officer on March 31, 2024. Item 8.01 Other Events On October 12, 2023, the Company announced the appointment of Patrick Tomlinson as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mercer and Vice Chair of the Company, effective April 1, 2024.
