On August 11, 2021, Alfonso Zulueta, Senior Vice President and President, Lilly International, of Eli Lilly and Company (the “Company”) notified the Board of Directors of the Company of his intent to retire from his position with the Company effective as of December 26, 2021. On August 17, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing Mr. Zulueta’s retirement and certain other corporate changes.
