On October 21, 2024 , the registrant issued a press release announcing its preliminary third quarter 2024 pretax net catastrophe loss estimates and fourth quarter 2024 pretax net catastrophe loss estimates for Hurricane Milton. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
