Item 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
The registrant issued a press release on July 15, 2020 announcing its preliminary second quarter 2020 net catastrophe loss estimates and charge for mass tort exposures. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
