On July 9, 2024, AZZ Inc. (the “ Company ”) held its 2024 annual meeting of shareholders (the “ Annual Meeting ”). At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s shareholders approved three proposals. The proposals are described in detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 28, 2024 and supplemented filing on June 28, 2024.
