Results of Operations and Financial Condition. On August 1, 2023, American International Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) reporting its results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023. Other Events.   The Company also announced in the Press Release that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.36 per share on its Common Stock, and a cash dividend of $365.625 per share on its Series A 5.85% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, which is represented by depositary shares, each of which represents a 1/1,000th interest in a share of preferred stock, holders of which will receive $0.365625 per depositary share.
