On August 13, 2019, the Board of Directors of Aflac Incorporated (the “Company”) authorized the Company to file an application for voluntarily delisting its common shares from the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE). The delisting is expected to be effective in October 2019, subject to TSE approval, and the Company’s common shares will continue to be traded on the TSE prior to such delisting.
