Results of Operations and Financial Condition. Alico, Inc. (the “Company”) will participate in the Planet MicroCap Showcase (the “Showcase”) in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 1, 2024. At the Showcase, the Company will provide an update on long-term debt and capital returned as of March 31, 2024. The Company expects to present at the Showcase on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 9:00 am PDT (12:00 pm EDT).
